international cell phone plans or phone cards?
I will not have access to a phone in a while. I have used penny talk card to talk with my boyfriend over seas and the sound is awful. He calls on his cell phone and the sound is great. I am looking for good phone cards and cell phone plans that would allow us to call a few times a week without taking all of our money. Quality of sound is important. Thanks in advance.
